Thank you so much for the ideas! My husband has Celiac disease and his is intolerant to so many things. I can’t use any of these recipes to their original state, so I am going to tweek them. Hopefully they turn out as great as these sound (and look)! If you have any suggestions for recipes/ideas that don’t include: gluten, any grains (corn, rice, and usually any store-bought broth), coconut, pumpkin, garlic, onion, ginger, dairy…and I’m SURE I’m missing something, but that’s the gist of it. I look forward to seeing more of your posts!
what a fabulous collection!!
Thanks, Annetta! π
In general can almond flour be substituted for coconut flour? And what about almond milk for coconut milk?
Almond flour cannot be substituted for coconut flour. Coconut flour is very dense and requires a lot more moisture and usually a lot of eggs. Almond milk can *usually* be substituted just fine for coconut milk, but it’s always best to ask the recipe creator first to make sure it will work because there are some instances that it won’t work.
Thanks so much for the info! Can’t wait to try some of these recipes.
I’m definitely trying that pumpkin hummus! Thanks for the round-up!

Thanks, Sara!
